Buyer pays by card
The buyer pays via any major credit or debit card through Stripe. No wire transfers, no checks.
Funds held securely
Money is held securely — inaccessible to both parties while the buyer inspects the equipment.
5-day inspection window
The buyer has 5 business days after delivery to inspect and test the equipment before approving.
Funds released minus commission
On approval, CliniCycle deducts its commission automatically and transfers the remainder to your Stripe account.
Deposit in 2–5 business days
Stripe sends the payout directly to your connected bank account. Timing depends on your bank.

One-time setup
During seller onboarding, you connect a bank account through Stripe Connect. It takes about 2 minutes.

Stripe verifies your identity
Stripe handles all KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. CliniCycle never sees or stores your banking details.

Automatic payouts
Every time a sale completes, Stripe deposits the net amount directly to your bank. No action required.
Stripe Connect is the same payout infrastructure used by Shopify, Lyft, and DoorDash. Your banking details are protected by Stripe's enterprise-grade security — CliniCycle has no access to them.
