List in minutes with AI-assisted pricing
SellersUpload photos, describe the equipment, and enter the basic details. Our AI Tools analyze comparable recent sales — same manufacturer, similar condition and model year — and suggest a competitive price range. You set the final price. Listing is always free.
Browse and filter listings
BuyersSearch by category, condition, price range, and location. Each listing shows verified photos, full equipment description, and seller information. Save listings to your watchlist and get notified if the price drops.
Make an offer
BuyersSend the seller an offer at any price, along with an optional message. The seller receives an email notification and can accept or decline from their dashboard. Sellers typically respond within a business day.
Pay into a secure hold
BuyersOnce the seller accepts, you pay via Stripe — all major cards accepted. Funds are held securely. They are not released to the seller yet. The seller sees that payment is committed and can proceed with confidence.
Arrange shipping or local pickup
BothBuyer and seller coordinate delivery directly through CliniCycle's built-in messaging. This might be freight, a local pickup, or any arrangement that works for both parties. CliniCycle does not arrange or handle shipping logistics.
5 days to inspect
BuyersAfter delivery, you have 5 business days to power on the equipment, run diagnostics, and verify everything in the listing description. This window is the core of payment protection — funds don't move until you're satisfied.
Approve — or open a dispute
BothIf everything checks out, approve and funds release instantly to the seller. If the equipment is materially not as described, open a dispute. Our team reviews evidence from both parties and issues a binding decision.

Frequently asked questions
What payment methods are accepted?
CliniCycle uses Stripe for all transactions. Buyers can pay with any major credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Sellers receive payouts to a connected bank account via Stripe Connect. Industry-standard encryption and fraud detection protect every transaction.
How long does the payment hold process take?
From the moment a buyer pays, the seller has 3 business days to ship. After delivery, the buyer has 5 business days to inspect. If the buyer approves before the window closes, funds release the same day. Payment to fund release typically takes 7–10 business days depending on shipping time.
Can a seller cancel after I've paid?
A seller can request a cancellation, but cannot cancel unilaterally once funds are in escrow. If a seller requests a cancellation, you'll be notified and asked whether you agree. If you agree, your funds are refunded in full. If you don't agree and the seller refuses to ship, CliniCycle treats this as a seller default and refunds the buyer.
When and how is the platform commission charged?
Commission is deducted automatically at the moment funds release to the seller — you never have to calculate or remit it. The rate is 8% on sales of $1,000 and above, or 11% on sales under $1,000. There are no listing fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges. Buyers pay no fees.
